In 2022, the working world pushed forward — establishing a “new normal” against the backdrop of the lasting global pandemic. Companies across the globe continued to adapt to the evolving demands of the modern business world with hope and positivity.

Here at Modelit, we settled into a new hybrid working model. We returned for a new year together, thrilled to reunite the team and take our efforts to new heights. We reached milestones that have hugely impacted our outlook for the coming years.

Experiencing Growth

This year, we are proud to announce that the Modelit team has grown by 100% in its total number of employees. With this growth, we’ve expanded even further across Latin America — with more team members now joining us from Argentina, Venezuela, and México. We’ve added new positions within the company which have greatly contributed to the success that we’ve experienced throughout this year.

The new additions to our team have allowed our company to lean further into its role as a Talent Alliance Partner. We’ve helped to introduce talent into the ecosystem, providing top Salesforce training to our new hires. In the future, we will remain committed to this role as we dedicate ourselves to the continued growth of our community.

Broadening our Knowledge

Learning and development have remained principal to the Modelit journey since the very beginning of this company. Each year, we are immensely proud of the commitment shown by each member of our team — striving for excellence by gaining expertise through the Salesforce certification program.

Through 2022, our team’s efforts have brought our total number of certifications up by an impressive 50%. With several of our members well on their way to obtaining new certifications at the start of next year, we expect to see a steady increase in this number going forward.

Dedicating Our Time

Over the last year, Modelit’s catalog of nonprofit clients has seen significant expansion. We are proud of the time that our experts have devoted to helping nonprofits properly configure their orgs and take full advantage of all that the Salesforce platform has to offer.  The organizations that we serve strive to make the world a better place, and we are grateful to contribute to their efforts however we can.

Becoming a PDO Partner

Back in April, we took a major step forward by becoming an official Product Development Outsourcer (PDO) partner.  In other words, we began specializing in the development of products for Salesforce. This opportunity has allowed us to showcase our skills in new ways, assisting our clients in taking their products to the next level while continuing to offer the savings and flexibility that they need.

Celebrating 10 Amazing Years

In July, Modelit completed its tenth year of providing exceptional nearshore services to businesses across the continental United States. What began with a team of just 4 members back in 2012, has since evolved into the growing force of Salesforce experts that we are today.

We couldn’t have made it this far without the unwavering support of our entire community — from the clients who’ve placed their trust in us since day one, to each of the employees that have been instrumental to the development of our company. Thank you for choosing Modelit!
